Provide neurodiversity-affirming ABA clinical oversight as a BCBA, supervise behavior technicians, manage caseloads (approx. 26 billable hours/week), set schedules, lead multidisciplinary collaboration, and support clinical quality and outcomes.

Provide front-desk and clinic operational support: greet families, manage check-in/check-out, collect copays, schedule appointments, maintain supplies and treatment rooms, coordinate with Site Operations Manager and vendors, assist onboarding, escalate issues, and cross-train to ensure smooth clinic operations.
