Provides neurodiversity-affirming ABA clinical care for children with autism and other developmental differences. Oversees clinical programming, supervises behavior technicians, manages cases, collaborates with families and multidisciplinary clinicians, and provides direct and telehealth services when clinically appropriate. The role averages 26 billable hours weekly, offers schedule autonomy, and includes administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

The role includes approximately 26 billable hours weekly, schedule autonomy, telehealth when clinically appropriate, and opportunities for leadership advancement across BCBA levels.

Provides neurodiversity-affirming Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with autism and other developmental differences. Oversees clinical programming, supervises behavior technicians, manages patient cases, collaborates with families and multidisciplinary clinicians, and determines when telehealth is clinically appropriate. Maintains an average of 26 billable hours weekly while developing individualized care plans and supporting quality outcomes.
