Execute end-to-end NGS workflows: extract DNA/RNA from diverse samples, prepare libraries for short- and long-read platforms, operate and troubleshoot sequencing instruments and laboratory automation, perform microbial genomics assays (spectrophotometry, PCR, digital PCR, gel electrophoresis), optimize methods, onboard equipment, maintain records, and communicate with stakeholders.
