Lead and manage projects to preserve and expand supportive housing across the Mid-Atlantic. Oversee project staff, budgets, deliverables, and partnerships; provide technical assistance, training, and systems transformation support; develop resources and reporting; support business development and stakeholder engagement; represent CSH publicly and disseminate project learnings across the organization.

Originate and underwrite loans for multifamily supportive housing across Washington and Oregon; develop lending strategy; cultivate borrower and partner relationships; provide technical assistance, policy feedback, and trainings; support loan closings, servicing, and creation of new funding sources to expand supportive housing production.
