Provides sales support through accurate order processing, ERP management, vendor acknowledgment review, pricing discrepancy resolution, delivery and installation coordination, contract administration, and customer communication. Serves as a liaison among clients, sales representatives, vendors, project management, scheduling, and internal departments while tracking orders through completion and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifies and prioritizes prospective accounts, develops business, meets sales quotas, and grows revenue. Demonstrates workplace products, prepares estimates and bids, identifies leads, monitors competitors, manages orders, reviews credit and purchasing terms, coordinates delivery and installation, and supports customers after sales. Builds referral networks, attends industry events, maintains sales records, and collaborates with sales, support, project management, design, and operations teams.

Designs and programs CNC machining processes for cabinetry, millwork, and furniture components using CAD and manufacturing software. Interprets blueprints, GD&T, tooling requirements, and machining parameters; determines cutting paths and operation sequences; tests and revises programs; troubleshoots equipment and quality issues; and evaluates 3D-printing applications. The role also requires maintaining specifications, meeting production deadlines, and collaborating effectively in an in-office manufacturing environment.
