Teams at Corporate Environmental Risk Management

Leads business development, marketing, branding, proposal pursuits, and client relationship management to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Develops annual marketing and business development strategies, oversees proposals and marketing materials, cultivates client and industry relationships, manages pipelines and CRM systems, and advises executive leadership on growth opportunities. Leads and mentors the business development and marketing team while coordinating with operations and technical staff. Regular travel is required for client meetings, project sites, conferences, and networking events.

Directs general accounting operations and supervises staff across accounts payable and receivable. Maintains the general ledger, oversees monthly and year-end close, payroll, reconciliations, collections, financial reporting, budgeting support, audits, tax filings, and government reporting. Ensures GAAP, FAR, internal-control, and policy compliance while leading process improvements, system enhancements, and accounting workflow automation.

Establishes and oversees the PMO for engineering and construction projects. Develops project management standards, leads project managers, manages portfolios, monitors budgets, schedules, risks, resources, vendors, and compliance, and provides executive reporting. Drives process improvement, stakeholder communication, and consistent project delivery while supervising and mentoring teams.
