Provide production support for corporate payments systems: monitor environments, triage and manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, create remediation scripts under Change Management, maintain documentation, improve monitoring/automation, participate in on-call rota and 07:00–19:00 shift pattern to ensure service reliability and availability.

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable eMoney and FX payment systems. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to implement features, participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, document processes, monitor performance, and contribute to architecture and technical direction.

Support and maintain production environments for corporate payments: monitor systems, manage high-priority incidents, perform triage and root-cause analysis, create remediation scripts under change control, contribute to knowledge and continuous improvement, document procedures, and participate in on-call and shift rotations to minimize business impact.
