Provide general administrative support including answering phones, greeting guests, managing mail and supplies, organizing meetings, basic data entry, copying/scanning, assisting with travel arrangements, and forwarding invoices to appropriate personnel.

Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, mills, routers, grinders) to produce precision metal parts. Read blueprints, edit and troubleshoot CNC code, perform inspections with precision measurement tools, and follow safety/PPE and shift requirements. Obtain security clearance as required.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Nextiva CCTV application, Windows servers, and client/server hardware. Perform Nextiva 6.4 upgrades and new installs, build Windows servers via HP iLO, integrate Active Directory, and support international operations with flexible hours. Communicate with stakeholders and work in small agile teams.
