Remove trash, prepare market-ready units, assist with cleaning and basic maintenance, troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, operate machinery safely, report concerns, and work on-call/weekends/overtime as needed. Work is primarily outdoors in variable weather.

Manage and maintain property websites (updates, troubleshooting, domains, setups), oversee SEO and compliance, support Creative and Marketing Directors with projects, create marketing materials and social media setup/management to boost occupancy and reviews, and follow up on marketing operations tasks.
