Teams at Cornerstone Residential

Assists the Property Manager with daily operations for a HUD/LIHTC residential property, including leasing, renewals, resident communications, maintenance coordination, rent collection, eviction processes, financial records, marketing, and occupancy initiatives. The role also supports move-ins and move-outs, monitors property utilities, ensures proper documentation, and helps maintain compliance with property management procedures.

Maintain property grounds, amenities, exteriors, parking areas, and community buildings. Remove trash, prepare vacant units, assist with cleaning and maintenance, troubleshoot basic mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, report repair needs, operate machinery safely, and work scheduled on-call, weekend, and overtime shifts.

Maintain and upkeep property grounds, exteriors, amenities, parking lots and leasing office. Remove trash, prepare market-ready units, assist with cleaning and basic maintenance, troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, operate machinery safely, report concerns, and work on-call/weekends/overtime as needed. Work is primarily outdoors in variable weather.
