Provide world-class customer care via digital channels for mortgage servicing inquiries. Resolve issues in writing, escalate and collaborate with team members, identify trends to improve experience, and maintain knowledge to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Assist loan officers with mortgage financing by coordinating borrowers, Realtors, processors, operations staff, and title companies. Manage loan documentation, disclosures, workflow, basic income calculations, compliance requirements, database updates, and closing timelines. Provide customer service, promote loan products, follow up with prospects, and organize meetings and events. Requires strong organization, communication, technology skills, attention to detail, and an NMLS license.

Completes insurance sales training, develops product and agency process knowledge, and progressively assumes responsibility for prospecting, customer consultations, quoting, coverage analysis, policy customization, follow-up, and closing business. The role builds customer relationships, explains insurance products, identifies client needs and risk exposures, and works toward individual sales and service performance goals while completing required licensing and onboarding programs.
