Support Client Relationship Managers with client communications, account administration, reporting, issue tracking, and meeting preparation. Coordinate internal teams to resolve client issues, maintain client records, assist with contract administration and renewals, prepare reports and presentations, support portfolio reviews and account planning, and help improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Support customers and internal stakeholders by reviewing requests, determining next steps, making account update recommendations to a third-party servicer, providing documentation, communicating status updates, and documenting interactions accurately in the system of record.

Support Loan Officers by managing workflow to ensure on-time closings, communicating with borrowers and Realtors, collecting documentation, submitting loans to operations, performing basic income calculations, using CRM/databases, and promoting loan products while providing excellent customer service and maintaining regulatory compliance.
