Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, HR operations, compliance, compensation administration, HRIS analytics, and continuous improvement. Support commercial HR and travel up to 20%.

Oversee plant production scheduling, fabrication, and shipping. Ensure safety, quality, cost and production targets through process improvement (Six Sigma/DMAIC), inventory management, cross-functional coordination, data analysis, and leadership of production staff. Report to Plant Manager and lead special projects.

Assemble vinyl windows using hand tools, saws, punches and drills. Maintain a safe, clean work area, comply with PPE and safety practices, lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive physical tasks, and be open to cross-training and overtime.
