Leads end-to-end material flow improvements from receiving and warehousing through point of use. Establishes PFEP, maps material flow, analyzes shortages, implements Kanban, FIFO, supermarkets, pull systems, replenishment routes, and line-side standards. Partners cross-functionally to improve inventory, WIP, shortages, delivery performance, and schedule stability. Trains employees, leads continuous-improvement activities, tracks results, and sustains new material-flow systems.

Leads autonomous and preventive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance effectiveness. Responsibilities include establishing equipment conditions, managing abnormalities, developing cleaning and inspection standards, analyzing CMMS and breakdown data, optimizing preventive maintenance, conducting root cause analysis, tracking MTBF and MTTR, and coaching operators and maintenance teams.

Prepares monthly financial reports and statements, performs journal entries, account and cash reconciliations, fixed asset and intercompany accounting, and investigates variances. Supports internal and external audits, including Sarbanes-Oxley testing, while helping improve accounting processes. The role also performs financial analysis and requires knowledge of US GAAP, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance.
