Act as the first point of contact for callers and service requests, manage scheduling and job logistics in Microsoft Access and Buildertrend, coordinate keys/lockboxes and inspections, prepare permits and Notices of Commencement, create job binders, and support Project Managers and interdepartmental communication.

Meet with clients for in-home or showroom consultations, assess needs and budgets, design custom closet storage using CAD, recommend materials/finishes, close sales, and provide ongoing customer service and issue resolution.

Install, tape, mud, sand, texture, patch, and finish drywall for residential remodeling. Read drawings, perform framing and demolition as needed, maintain safe job sites, and coordinate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines.
