Sells new and used vehicles by greeting customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating vehicle features, conducting test drives, negotiating ethically, completing sales documentation, and following up after purchase. The role also involves prospecting for new business, maintaining customer relationships, attending meetings, completing ongoing product training, and providing courteous, professional service.

Manages dealership car wash, detailing, and lot operations. Oversees employee schedules, productivity, quality control, training, safety, vehicle preparation, inventory, paperwork, equipment maintenance, and turnaround times. Coordinates with dealership departments, coaches employees, verifies vehicle documentation and stickers, supports photography and lot duties, and ensures compliance with hazardous-waste and OSHA requirements.

Build customer relationships, identify suitable vehicles, demonstrate features, explain pricing and financing, complete sales paperwork, conduct test drives safely, and follow up after sales. Generate business through prospecting, networking, and referrals while participating in training and supporting dealership teamwork. Customer service experience, communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license are required; automotive sales experience is preferred.
