Design and own a flexible, cross-functional role supporting founders and provider operations. Build processes, run experiments, interface with customers, drive projects across operations, product, recruiting, and customer success, and rapidly iterate on solutions in a fast-moving early-stage startup.

Drive net-new provider acquisition by running high-volume outreach and calls with Nurse Practitioners, managing a full CRM pipeline, handling objections empathetically, explaining the Corner Health model, and partnering with growth to optimize scripts and conversion.

Lead launch and scaling of Corner Healths consumer brand and patient acquisition. Define positioning, run PR and community marketing, own paid and organic acquisition (paid social, search, SEO, referrals), test new channels and local activations, and align brand promises with product to drive patient visits across markets.

Own the end-to-end launch lifecycle for new nurse practitioner practices: guide EHR and scheduling setup, activate ZocDoc, coordinate credentialing/billing/operations, troubleshoot go-live issues, manage a rolling pipeline of launches, refine playbooks, coach new providers on practice-building, and report launch metrics.

Work with founders to drive company-level strategy and operations: launch and scale new business lines, run 0->1 experiments, build scalable operational systems and playbooks, analyze performance, partner cross-functionally, work with providers to improve practice P&L, and own special high-impact projects from concept to execution.
