As a Project Manager, you will oversee a team for a Federal R&D PMO, managing projects, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring quality assurance while fostering client relationships and team development.

Design, build, and maintain geospatial datasets, maps, and scalable GIS tools to analyze coverage gaps and support nationwide communications network planning. Integrate GIS into enterprise analytics (e.g., Palantir), produce maps and dashboards, validate data quality, document metadata/versioning, and collaborate with engineering and program teams to deliver decision-support products for technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Merit Reviewer, you will evaluate applications for the federal government, ensuring unbiased assessments with expertise in areas like cloud computing, AI, telecom, and software engineering.
