Lead economic and financial modeling and policy analysis for broadband, spectrum, and telecommunications. Provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and mentorship; deliver briefings and policy recommendations to federal clients; collaborate with data scientists and analysts; contribute to proposals and thought leadership across the telecom and broadband portfolio.

Lead human-centered design and business transformation efforts for federal clients: facilitate workshops, conduct user research, map journeys and capabilities, analyze processes, identify optimizations, develop prototypes and roadmaps, and produce visual deliverables to support implementation and improved citizen experiences.

Provide program analysis, process improvement, and operations support for federal offices. Develop staffing plans, SOPs, workflows, and performance metrics; manage expenditures and reporting; support workforce development, records and knowledge management; prepare briefings and status reports; engage senior government leaders and stakeholders to improve efficiency and achieve mission objectives.
