Provide expert technical support for a 4G/5G telecommunications lab: operate and maintain RF test equipment, execute and review test plans, collect and analyze data, document cabling/configurations, ensure safety and TIA-607-B compliance, manage inventory/calibration, troubleshoot RRH/BBU/CSR interconnections, and coordinate with stakeholders to support public safety broadband network evaluation.

Provide advanced RF engineering and wireless network analysis for a nationwide public safety broadband network. Perform POR analysis, drive-test validation, RF propagation and coverage/capacity assessments, produce maps and reports, develop dashboards and white papers, validate large vendor data submissions, and communicate findings to federal stakeholders to support oversight and compliance.

Perform drive-test log analysis and anomaly investigation using Rohde & Schwarz tools, validate and aggregate large network measurement campaigns, develop dashboards, reports and white papers on 4G/5G RAN performance, compare multi-operator measured performance with GIS/RF tools, review vendor deliverables, and present findings to stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint.
