Provides administrative support to the PMO across program management, finance, contract administration, travel, invoicing, technology assets, and SME onboarding. Tracks task orders, timesheets, charge codes, documents, invoices, and training; maintains SharePoint repositories; supports project managers and business development; communicates with customers and SMEs; prepares presentations; documents procedures; and recommends process improvements.

Evaluates NASA mission proposals and participates as a subject matter expert on standing, independent, senior, and study review teams. Conducts in-depth technical, management, and cost assessments for current and future missions supporting NASA Headquarters and the Science Office for Mission Assessments. This remote, part-time consulting role requires significant NASA experience, direct technical or management responsibility, recognized expertise, and availability on an as-needed basis.

Evaluates NASA mission proposals and Phase A concept studies as a subject matter expert. Conducts technical, management, and cost assessments involving flight systems, mission design and operations, spacecraft and instruments, systems engineering, communications, ground systems, and NASA mission leadership. Work is remote, part-time, and as needed.
