Lead development of a new electrical department: estimate, install, service, recruit and train licensed electricians, create processes/parts/pricing, sign permits, ensure code and safety compliance, support field technicians, meet revenue and KPI targets, and perform electrical repairs.

Acts as the CEO's right hand by filtering information, managing calendar and travel, leading cross-functional initiatives, preparing concise decision briefs, coordinating leadership communications, protecting executive time, and handling confidential records to ensure efficient executive decision-making and project execution.
