Supports daily accounting operations, including transaction review, invoice and credit memo processing, vendor payments, statement reconciliation, expense and credit card review, discrepancy investigation, and financial record maintenance. The role works with the Controller and Staff Accountant to ensure accurate, compliant financial operations and provides vendor support. It requires accounting experience, ERP familiarity, spreadsheet proficiency, strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and confidentiality.
