Lead supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics operations, manage co-packers and 3PLs, own Acumatica ERP/WMS build-out, drive demand planning, cost management, and warehouse fulfillment for high-volume e-commerce and beverage distribution.

Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, HRIS and payroll support (Gusto), benefits administration, recruiting coordination, compliance and recordkeeping (I-9, leave tracking), employee communications, recognition and engagement, and process improvement while supporting the VP of People and growing HR initiatives.
