Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compliance, reporting, unemployment claims, and drug testing. Partner with managers on coaching, policy interpretation, and organizational development while maintaining accurate employee data and supporting a positive workplace culture.

Supports the Components Sales team by preparing material and raw material take-offs, reviewing and organizing sold orders, distributing orders to production staff, and maintaining accurate information. Provides general sales support, communicates with customers and coworkers, and helps keep component orders moving efficiently. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn company systems.

Oversee accounting for construction-related resort companies, including general ledger maintenance, financial statements, AP/AR, reconciliations, job costing, project billing, retainage tracking, tax reporting, and closing processes. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, audits, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role requires construction accounting experience, QuickBooks proficiency, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
