Coordinates interpreting assignments from booking through completion, including customer and interpreter communication, scheduling, resourcing, record maintenance, compliance checks, complaints, and quality follow-up. The role supports telephone and video interpreting services, resolves operational issues, maintains accurate booking and interpreter data, assists with onboarding and training, and contributes to process improvements. Full training is provided, and the position is offered as an independent contractor role.

Generates qualified sales opportunities through research, prospecting, networking, inbound lead management, and outreach. Conducts discovery conversations, qualifies prospects, develops and maintains a sales pipeline, re-engages dormant accounts, and supports proposals, presentations, and RFP responses. Transitions newly won clients to account or client solutions teams. Requires strong communication, organization, persistence, CRM experience, and Dutch and English fluency.
