Designs and industrializes mechanical components, enclosures, assemblies, and electromechanical hardware for smart-grid products. Creates SolidWorks models, drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation; integrates PCBs, cabling, connectors, and thermal solutions; supports material selection, tolerance analysis, prototyping, testing, validation, DFM/DFA, supplier coordination, troubleshooting, and production transfer. The role also supports European compliance and German BSI certification activities.

Develop and maintain low-level Embedded Linux software for smart grid communication devices. Responsibilities include BSP development, board bring-up, Linux kernel and device driver development, bootloader and Device Tree configuration, hardware-software integration, system debugging, networking support, build automation, CI/CD testing, production tooling, and technical mentorship.

The Director of Strategic Accounts will lead business development, customer engagement, and technical sales for smart grid solutions, focusing on the utility and EV sectors. Responsibilities include managing sales cycles, preparing proposals, leading technical discussions, and maintaining customer relationships to drive growth.
