Manufacturing Production Engineer serving as the CNC subject matter expert. Responsibilities include programming, setting, operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing CNC equipment; managing documentation and non-conformances; improving production efficiency, OEE, cost, and quality; managing tooling; training machinists; and supporting Kaizen, 5S, and workplace safety initiatives.

Develops and supports robotic medical technology devices and integrated hardware, software, firmware, and instrumentation systems. Responsibilities include systems architecture, requirements management, risk management, verification and validation planning, technical file and design history documentation, traceability, regulatory submissions, lifecycle support, and CAPA activities. Collaborates with R&D, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, marketing, subsystem owners, and project managers while adhering to ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.

Design and develop medical and mechanical devices, including concepts, detailed designs, and production transfer packages. Create design documentation, drawings, risk management records, and technical reports. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, production engineering, and regulatory teams to support compliant product introduction. Conduct root cause analysis, corrective actions, CAPA projects, and product improvements while providing biomechanical expertise and presenting project updates.

Supports French payroll processing and compliance, including salary preparation, payroll changes, reconciliations, reporting, audits, benefits administration, and employee queries. Maintains HR records and Dayforce data, manages payroll and benefits inquiries, processes HR purchase orders, and supports daily HR operations.
