Teams at Corient

Provides onsite and remote deskside support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printers, laptops, and mobile devices. Installs, repairs, maintains, and upgrades workstations; manages IT hardware inventory and shipping; documents incidents in ITSM systems; escalates critical issues; and collaborates across teams to resolve complex problems. The role requires onsite work four days weekly, occasional after-hours support, and up to 10% travel.

Leads enterprise learning and development strategy, leadership programs, and the Analyst & Associate Training Program. Designs and facilitates learning experiences, manages stakeholders, vendors, logistics, budgets, communications, and measurement. Partners with HR and business leaders to align programs with organizational priorities, improve participant outcomes, and develop early-career and leadership talent. Requires strong facilitation, program management, executive presence, data analysis, and adult learning expertise.

Designs and architects scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, develops advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, and integrations, and leads platform security, governance, DevOps, and release practices. Mentors engineers, conducts design reviews, resolves complex production issues, partners with business and technical stakeholders, and provides technical roadmaps and implementation recommendations.
