Prepare financial plans, investment reports, tax and estate analyses; gather client data; support Wealth Advisors in client meetings; document tasks and coordinate service execution; manage simple projects and learn complex planning; build community and COI relationships.

Lead and support end-to-end strategic and operational projects for the Institutional Relationships team. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track KPIs, prepare executive presentations and dashboards, conduct research and analysis, support change management, and partner with data/reporting to build models and visualizations that inform operational decisions and improve client experience.

Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, VLANs, routing/switching, wireless, VPNs and monitoring. Deploy new office network hardware, perform cabling and ISP turn-up, and participate in change management. Provide operational support for Cisco ISE and Firepower environments, troubleshoot using packet-capture tools, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and End User Services teams.
