Develop and deliver maintainable software across web, native and service environments. Design, prototype, integrate and extend systems, APIs and tooling. Work in small teams, follow engineering best practices (testing, code review, CI), mentor juniors and engage with customers to translate requirements into reliable software.

Execute manual and automated test plans, perform functional/integration/regression/exploratory testing, log and reproduce defects, maintain test cases and environments, develop/maintain automated test suites (Cypress/Playwright), validate builds, and collaborate with engineers to improve testing processes.

The Operational Test Engineer designs and implements test strategies, collaborates with software engineers, builds automated testing frameworks, and ensures high-quality software delivery through rigorous testing methods.
