Identify and qualify leads, maintain CRM records, conduct initial sales meetings, nurture prospects through follow-up, tailor proposals, and independently manage standalone sales activities while coordinating support for complex deals.

Produce insight-driven research on global e-commerce platforms including sector reports, earnings commentary, recurring research, and client-facing deliverables. Track industry developments, maintain company profiles, collaborate with data and editorial teams, support media and events, and contribute to thought leadership and bespoke client requests.

Coordinate and manage digital and in-person events including webinars and LinkedIn Live; set up webinars, send promotional emails, manage Zoom/Restream, coordinate marketing assets, maintain email lists, and ensure smooth event execution and engagement.
