Produce insight-driven research on global e-commerce platforms including sector reports, earnings commentary, recurring research, and client-facing deliverables. Track industry developments, maintain company profiles, collaborate with data and editorial teams, support media and events, and contribute to thought leadership and bespoke client requests.

Coordinate and manage digital and in-person events including webinars and LinkedIn Live; set up webinars, send promotional emails, manage Zoom/Restream, coordinate marketing assets, maintain email lists, and ensure smooth event execution and engagement.

Manage day-to-day operations for the AI Council: maintain member CRM and attendee lists, coordinate meetings and speakers, support annual conference planning, track engagement/renewals, and partner with marketing to execute campaigns and documentation. Build repeatable processes and improve CRM/project workflows to ensure timely, consistent member and event execution.
