Lead FP&A for a fast-growing battery materials company by owning planning, forecasting, budgeting, long-range financial modeling, unit economics, capital expenditure analysis, and investor and board reporting. Partner with executive, engineering, commercial, supply chain, and accounting teams to evaluate manufacturing, technology, pricing, fundraising, and strategic decisions while establishing scalable FP&A processes and controls.

Own installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and improvement of battery test infrastructure. Manage vendor relationships, design custom test setups, enforce calibration and preventive maintenance, ensure test data integrity and traceability, troubleshoot hardware and data systems, and collaborate with cell development, manufacturing, and data teams to produce ML-ready test datasets.

Support development, optimization, and stabilization of electrode, cell assembly, and formation processes. Monitor production KPIs, analyze process and quality data, run DOE, troubleshoot equipment, prepare samples, update SOPs, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to implement process improvements.
