Teams at Coreflow

Own AI model development for a product area from user research and data preparation through fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include optimizing chat, image, video, voice, and real-time AI models for quality, latency, and cost at significant scale. The role requires strong product judgment, end-to-end ownership, experimentation, clear communication, and comfort working directly with founders in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Own an AI product area end to end, from understanding user needs and building frontend and backend features to deploying and optimizing GPU workloads. Responsibilities include designing long-term memory, recommendation feeds, model evaluation and serving, and real-time chat, voice, image, and video experiences. The role requires accountability for product outcomes, reliability, cost, scale, experimentation, and on-call support.
