Own end-to-end recruiting as the companys first recruiter: build sourcing, hiring processes, employer brand, and systems (ATS, scorecards, structured interviews). Source, screen, and close senior technical hires and scale recruiting to hire hundreds while improving candidate experience.

First dedicated site reliability engineer responsible for owning reliability, observability, incident response, and platform decisions. Projects include improving uptime and RTO, hardening GPU clusters, implementing metrics/tracing/alerting and SLOs, and optimizing AWS infrastructure and cloud spend while enabling CI/CD and deployment pipelines.

As a Growth team member at coreflow, you will enhance user acquisition strategies, optimize distribution channels, and leverage AI tools to drive growth.
