Set up, verify, and operate 3rd- and 4th-axis CNC mills to machine complex parts to specifications. Read blueprints, monitor operations, inspect finished parts for quality, perform routine maintenance, and work to close tolerances in a high-volume environment.

Own and grow strategic customer relationships across aerospace, medical device, and industrial accounts. Manage RFQ-to-production lifecycle, pricing, quoting, contract negotiation, KPIs, forecasts, and CRM records. Resolve delivery/quality/billing escalations, conduct business reviews, pursue account expansion, partner with Customer Service, and represent the company at customer visits and industry events. Travel up to 25% (domestic).

Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs (G-code) for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines using CAM software. Translate drawings and 3D models into machining strategies, create setup sheets and tool lists, prove out programs on machines, support FAIs, optimize cycle times and tooling costs, maintain program documentation, and collaborate with Quality and Engineering on process improvements.

Set up, verify, and operate CNC lathes to machine complex parts to customer specs on 2nd shift. Calibrate cutting tools, locate work offsets, verify programs, perform dimensional and visual inspections, complete ISO 9000 paperwork, maintain cleanliness, assist training or supervision, and perform deburring, rework, and assembly as needed.

Program, set up, and optimize Wire and Sinker EDM operations; design electrodes, fixturing, and workholding; develop cut settings and flushing strategies; troubleshoot EDM issues; validate first-piece parts with precision inspection (CMM, optical comparator); document processes; collaborate with Engineering, CNC Programming, and Quality; and perform routine EDM machine maintenance.

Develop and maintain PC-DMIS CMM inspection programs; perform first article, in-process, and final mechanical inspections; verify materials and vendor certifications; complete AS9100 inspection paperwork; support calibration, training, and quality system procedures to meet ISO, military, and customer specifications.

Develop and optimize precision machining manufacturing processes, design tooling/fixtures, lead NPI and production ramp-up, analyze production data for cycle-time and yield improvements, support CNC programmers and quality on root cause/capability, drive lean initiatives and maintain AS9100-compliant process documentation and ECOs.
