Drive implementation and oversight of annuity product initiatives (group and individual across fixed, fixed-indexed, RILA, and variable). Conduct market research and competitive intelligence, serve as product SME, develop business requirements and project plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, legal, compliance, finance, sales, marketing) for launches and enhancements.

Price and develop annuity products through baseline and sophisticated pricing models; implement and test assumptions, collaborate with product, finance, and risk partners, and produce analysis to support pricing decisions.
