Provides customer service and operational processing for pension risk transfer annuitants. Handles benefit inquiries, account updates, beneficiary changes, transactions, record validation, issue resolution, and documentation. Explains complex plan information, monitors discrepancies and operational risks, supports quality assurance, and recommends workflow improvements while meeting service, productivity, accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Leads strategy, development, implementation, and quality assurance for in-plan retirement income products. Evaluates market opportunities, competitor offerings, consumer needs, regulatory developments, product performance, pricing, and risk. Partners with project managers and cross-functional teams to define business requirements, launch products, support governance, and optimize the portfolio. Requires extensive annuity and financial services expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience managing complex product initiatives.

Participate in Corebridge Financial’s Actuarial Development Program through rotations in valuation, product development, asset-liability management, and experience analysis. Analyze insurance business results, assess and mitigate risk, support actuarial and business solutions, explain complex analyses clearly, and progress through Society of Actuaries examinations. Candidates need a quantitative bachelor’s degree, at least one SOA exam, analytical and communication skills, teamwork and independent-work abilities, and Microsoft Office familiarity.
