Teams at CORE Transformers

Serve as the technical resource for complex medium-voltage transformer projects supporting data centers, renewable energy plants, and industrial facilities. Review customer drawings and specifications, define transformer requirements, prepare detailed quotations, and coordinate with sales, customers, factories, and repair teams. Build customer relationships by developing technical solutions, support high-volume inside sales, and maintain expertise in products and industry standards. Travel under 5% to customer sites and factories.

Coordinates post-delivery transformer projects through customer acceptance and energization. Responsibilities include confirming delivery and site readiness, scheduling inspections, managing punch lists and corrective actions, coordinating engineering and field teams, supporting warranty claims, communicating status and risks, compiling closeout packages, and maintaining project records in CRM/ERP systems. The role requires occasional job-site travel and customer-facing coordination in electrical, manufacturing, construction, or utility environments.

Leads complex customer bids, RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and contract processes for technically complex transformer and infrastructure opportunities. Coordinates Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Project Management to align technical specifications, pricing, schedules, contractual terms, risks, and customer commitments. Supports negotiations, contract changes, purchase-order validation, commercial approvals, proposal process improvements, and transition of awarded opportunities into project execution.
