Supports aviation insurance underwriting for new business and renewals by processing quote data, coordinating diaries and suspense items, issuing policies and coverage documents, reviewing forms and endorsements, preparing policy wording, responding to agent inquiries, and performing file management and clerical duties. The role requires accurate, timely work, strong organization, communication skills, and technical insurance knowledge.

Processes bail bond and agent transactions, maintains bond and agent records, reconciles payments, manages inventory and replenishment data, prepares operational reports, and responds to routine agent inquiries. The role coordinates daily workflows, identifies reporting discrepancies, maintains documentation, supports accounting and administrative activities, and provides backup coverage across the team.

Investigate and manage commercial automobile, property damage, and general liability claims from initial report through resolution. Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, reserves, and applicable state laws; negotiate settlements and ensure regulatory compliance. Escalate high-exposure claims, coordinate outside vendors, communicate with policyholders and business partners, conduct claim reviews, and attend mediations, trials, or training as needed.
