Oversee general accounting close processes, operating expense accruals, fixed asset accounting, capitalization, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. Partner with FP&A and business leaders, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, improve accounting processes, and supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.

Leads planning, prioritization, and delivery of finance technology initiatives, including Workday projects supporting accounting and reporting. Serves as liaison between business and technical teams, manages milestones, dependencies, risks, testing, validation, and stakeholder expectations. Oversees internal controls for financial system operations and translates business needs into system requirements. Requires CPA certification, accounting education, and at least five years of insurance accounting or reporting experience.

Design, configure, and extend Duck Creek insurance platform capabilities supporting policy, billing, and claims workflows. Develop rules, transactional behaviors, forms, documents, APIs, and enterprise integrations using C#/.NET, SQL Server, XML/XSLT, and related technologies. Support testing, deployments, database operations, peer reviews, platform design, and mentoring while collaborating with product, business, QA, integration, and vendor teams.
