Conduct commercial auto loss control surveys across a multi-state territory, evaluate policyholder safety and compliance, prepare detailed reports and recommendations, perform follow-up assessments, coordinate visits with underwriters and claims staff, and maintain knowledge of transportation and OSHA regulations. The role requires extensive regional travel, stakeholder communication, scheduling, reporting, and safety-related support.

Supports commercial insurance underwriters by evaluating new and existing business, preparing underwriting exhibits and proposals, processing policy transactions, analyzing loss runs and motor vehicle records, developing rate sheets, completing pre-policy documentation, and reviewing policies for accuracy. The role also involves report preparation, presentations, collaboration, customer service, and special projects within the passenger transportation insurance division.

Supports the Surety Bond team with file maintenance, underwriting documentation, submission and account-life processes, and underwriting material development. The intern will build financial analysis, organization, communication, teamwork, and construction-industry knowledge through meaningful work during a 12-week summer program.
