Sources and engages cleared candidates, qualifies applicants, schedules interviews, maintains applicant tracking records, and collaborates with hiring authorities to meet staffing goals. The role initially focuses on sourcing and candidate engagement before expanding into full-cycle recruiting, including offers and acceptances. It requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Lead requirements management and technical IT solutions projects. Engage stakeholders, translate mission needs into system requirements, and support Agile methodologies.

Provides administrative, analytical, and operational support across contracts, FP&A, security, and IT. Maintains records, reports, trackers, and documentation; supports onboarding, contract administration, financial analysis, clearance administration, compliance activities, IT asset tracking, account administration, and inventory management. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
