Perform hands-on metal fabrication in a team environment: operate hand tools and shop equipment, make cuts/threads/grooves, measure precisely, follow written instructions and safety procedures, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and ensure quality control and timely completion of parts to specification.

Manage inbound orders and quote requests across channels, support the sales process and upsell opportunities, oversee customer accounts, provide problem-solving and customer service, and collaborate with the team to meet goals.

Lead growth of Engineered Valve product group in the WTP/WWTP market by identifying opportunities, developing pre-bid strategies, supporting estimating and proposals, training pre-bid/estimating teams, partnering on pricing and vendor strategies, and providing project management and negotiation support across multiple regions.
