Support branch operations including safety, inventory, delivery and compliance. Assist Branch Operations Manager with financial monitoring, order fulfillment, customer issue resolution, and associate training. Ensure DOT compliance, manage resources to meet service requirements, and mentor junior staff to maintain branch performance.

Perform hands-on metal fabrication work: operate hand tools and shop equipment to make cuts, threads, and grooves; follow written instructions and quality standards; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; maintain safety and attention to detail; learn to operate lift equipment as needed.

Manage inside sales team operations, ensure prompt customer and outside-sales support by phone and counter, process quotes and orders, monitor back orders, train staff, resolve customer issues, and drive sales and profitability through reporting and trend analysis.
