Fabricates customized products from customer specifications, drawings, work orders, and blueprints. Selects materials, configures equipment, performs quality inspections using measuring tools, prepares orders for shipment, and resolves production or machinery issues. Follows safety and quality standards while coaching and training lower-level fabricators. Works independently under limited supervision and provides technical guidance without hiring or firing authority.

Coordinates projects from inception through completion, representing the Project Management Center of Excellence. Develops planning, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and budget tracking processes. Communicates status to stakeholders and upper management, manages schedules and conflicts, reviews business cases, leads project meetings, supports training, and mentors project management office staff.

Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process, support existing accounts, oversee orders and quote requests from multiple channels, and coordinate cross-functional activities. The role also assists with warehouse operations, requires accuracy, and involves managing projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
