Lead hotel sales efforts by prospecting and closing business across corporate transient, group, and catering segments. Manage and develop the sales team, set and track sales goals, create sales strategies and budgets, monitor market trends and group performance, and collaborate with hotel leadership on promotions and operational improvements. Occasional regional travel required.

The Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and promoting guest satisfaction. Duties include cleaning kitchen equipment, organizing workstations, and reporting safety issues.

The Sales Manager will prospect for new business, develop client relationships, book group room nights, and collaborate with various hotel departments to meet sales goals.
