Leads the Bank’s enterprise risk and compliance operations as the CRO’s deputy, overseeing ERM, operational risk, cybersecurity and technology risk, third-party risk, financial crimes compliance, business continuity, and emerging technology governance. The role manages risk personnel, regulatory and audit relationships, enterprise reporting, issue remediation, and Board-level risk insights while enabling responsible growth across fintech, embedded banking, and digital financial services.

Manages an assigned commercial lending portfolio while supporting credit analysis, underwriting, loan monitoring, covenant compliance, documentation, and closings. The role maintains accurate credit files, analyzes financial statements and tax returns, monitors risk, supports client communication and relationship development, and assists senior lenders with portfolio administration and business development. It is designed as a progression path toward Commercial Relationship Manager responsibilities.

Analyzes commercial and commercial real estate lending opportunities by reviewing financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, repayment capacity, and credit risk. Prepares credit memoranda, recommends loan structures and risk ratings, supports lenders and credit officers, monitors portfolio quality, reviews documentation, and assists with stress testing, annual reviews, and regulatory compliance.
