Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution and commercialization. Drive new product launches, regulatory coordination, packaging, sales readiness, and OEM/distributor onboarding. Coordinate Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality. Monitor schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Prepare reports and management updates. Develop project management processes, SOPs, KPI dashboards, and documentation. Organize meetings, maintain records, follow up on actions, and recommend risk mitigation to ensure successful project outcomes.

Lead HR and administrative functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR policy, payroll/benefits, OSHA and employment-law compliance, office operations, team leadership, budgeting, vendor and facilities management, workforce planning, and crisis/conflict resolution.

Lead sourcing strategies and supplier management for IVD materials. Negotiate contracts, manage purchasing and inventory, mitigate supply risks, ensure compliance with FDA and ISO 13485, support supplier qualification/audits, drive cost savings, and collaborate cross-functionally to support R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization.
