The CFO will oversee all financial operations, lead financial strategy, ensure compliance, manage fundraising, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Lead procurement and sourcing for IVD product materials, manage supplier relationships and contracts, ensure supply continuity, drive cost reductions, support supplier qualification and regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485), and collaborate cross-functionally across Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Logistics.

Manage procurement of raw materials, reagents, packaging, and outsourced services for IVD manufacturing. Use NetSuite for POs, coordinate with domestic and international suppliers in Chinese and English, track orders, resolve delivery/quality issues, coordinate logistics/warehousing, support supplier evaluation, and maintain quality system documentation per ISO 13485 and FDA QSR while collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Manufacturing.
