Administer and optimize IBM Db2 for z/OS production databases, including design, performance tuning, security, backup and recovery, utilities, upgrades, and disaster recovery. Support SQL Server, Azure SQL Managed Instance, data movement pipelines, DDF/DRDA connectivity, and ITIL operations. Maintain documentation, runbooks, audit support, and recovery procedures while mentoring developers and cross-training backup administrators. Participate in on-call rotations and collaborate across mainframe, data engineering, warehouse, application, and systems programming teams.

Performs manual and automated software testing across the development lifecycle, including functional, regression, integration, system, API, and performance testing. Builds test automation with Selenium, Playwright, and Postman; manages defects and test documentation in Azure DevOps; collaborates in Agile ceremonies; analyzes performance results; supports CI/CD improvements; and mentors junior team members while ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Leads and develops a team of up to 16 Business Analysts through coaching, hiring, succession planning, and performance development. Establishes BA processes, guidelines, tools, and governance while partnering with IT leadership, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role supports infrastructure and Guidewire tracks, promotes continuous learning, and aligns BA capabilities with organizational priorities in an ambiguous, evolving environment.
