Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, counseling, and individualized treatment plans for elderly patients in nursing homes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain accurate records, participate in case conferences, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Manage daily front- and back-office operations for a neurology and psychiatry practice: supervise staff, optimize scheduling and patient flow, oversee billing/coding and insurance workflows, ensure HIPAA compliance, track performance metrics, handle inventory and patient issues, and support clinical leadership.

Provide psychiatric assessments, ongoing psychopharmacologic management, and individualized care plans for geriatric patients in long-term care, skilled nursing, and post-acute settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, support behavioral management, and contribute to quality and program development.
