Supports daily HR administration, employee records, onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee inquiries, reporting, and engagement activities. Provides recruiting support through job postings, resume screening, phone screens, interview scheduling, candidate communications, ATS maintenance, job fairs, and pre-employment checks. Also performs minor office administrative duties, including mail routing, visitor assistance, and facilities issue escalation. The role is full-time and on-site in Indianapolis.

Supervises the laboratory extractions department performing sample preparation for forensic drug-testing analysis. Oversees staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, quality, compliance, audits, SOPs, productivity, turnaround times, and corrective actions. Partners with laboratory leadership to resolve operational issues, optimize processes, maintain certification requirements, and support inspections. Requires a science-related bachelor’s degree and prior supervisory or training experience.

Serve as Laboratory Director for high-complexity clinical and forensic drug testing labs: ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, state), oversee QA/QC, personnel competency, instrumentation validation, R&D, toxicology interpretation, client consultation, and expert witness testimony. Lead quality improvement, accreditation, and implementation of new technologies.
