Lead day-to-day HR operations for the Indianapolis facility and support multi-state, distributed workforce (~265 employees). Manage onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, leave and benefits coordination, HRIS/payroll records, multi-state compliance, recruiting logistics, performance management, and routine HR reporting. Also serve as onsite Office Manager handling facilities, vendor relationships, visitor experience, workspace setup, and local logistics.

Designs, develops, validates, and optimizes drug-of-abuse assays for urine and oral fluid using EMIT immunoassay and LC-MS/MS. Performs extraction methods, validation studies, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, SOP authoring, and collaborates with QA and laboratory leadership to bring methods into compliant, production-ready use.

Perform loading and initial review of drug confirmation samples on LC/MS/MS, carry out daily maintenance and minor troubleshooting, follow chain-of-custody and CLIA/CAP procedures, progress through staged training to certify and release final results, and support productivity, assay integrity feedback, and R&D assistance in a high-volume clinical lab.
