Supports proposal and RFP development, sales operations, and client onboarding. Coordinates deadlines, cross-functional workflows, documentation, CRM records, implementation milestones, training, and communications from sales commitment through go-live. Maintains proposal content and operational materials in systems including Responsive, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM platforms. Identifies process gaps and supports workflow improvements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Supports daily HR administration, employee records, onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee inquiries, reporting, and engagement activities. Provides recruiting support through job postings, resume screening, phone screens, interview scheduling, candidate communications, ATS maintenance, job fairs, and pre-employment checks. Also performs minor office administrative duties, including mail routing, visitor assistance, and facilities issue escalation. The role is full-time and on-site in Indianapolis.
