Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large SaaS customers to drive renewals, expansion, and price increases. Proactively monitor customer health, execute renewal and expansion strategies, conduct Executive Business Reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable value and growth. Mentor team members and contribute to process improvement and scalable success operations.

Lead systems enablement for newly acquired business units: configure Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and CPQ; support billing/revenue operations; drive change management, training, and adoption; build playbooks and AI-assisted enablement materials; collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, IT, and Data teams to ensure accurate integrations and smooth onboarding.

Lead financial reporting, ARR and SaaS metric analysis, forecasting, consolidation, and operational analytics for the Industrials Division. Drive financial models, support M&A integration, improve reporting processes, and partner with leadership for strategic decision-making and executive reporting.
