Coordinate high-volume candidate interviews, travel, schedules, and logistics while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Manage candidate pipelines, requisitions, scorecards, recruiting documents, expenses, and ATS workflows in Greenhouse. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, IT, and business partners throughout the recruiting lifecycle. This six-month contract requires strong organization, discretion, flexibility, and onsite work four days per week in Redwood City.

Oversee revenue and cost accounting for the Endocrinology and Oncology divisions, including revenue close, gross-to-net adjustments, inventory accounting, government pricing, audits, SOX compliance, and accounting policies. Lead automation and system enhancements, partner with manufacturing and external providers, support product launches, and manage a high-performing accounting team. Ensure accurate GAAP reporting, financial analysis, operational decision-making, and compliance for a publicly traded biotech company.

Lead a regional commercial team of Clinical Specialists to execute sales and marketing strategies, coach and develop staff, build key customer relationships, analyze performance and market data, represent regional needs in planning, ensure compliance, and travel extensively (≥80%) to support business growth.
