Provide first-line technical support and ownership of customer cases, assist onboarding and adoption of the Coralogix observability platform, troubleshoot applications and APIs, create documentation and tutorials, escalate issues to engineering, and act as the technical voice of the customer to drive satisfaction and product adoption.

Develop backend services using Rust and other technologies for a cloud-native platform that processes large volumes of data daily.

Lead technical pre-sales activities by collaborating with account executives, delivering demos and presentations, running POCs, sizing and integrating observability solutions, and advising customers on monitoring, security, and best practices.
