Lead Coralogix's global legal function and compliance strategy, advise executive team and Board, manage and develop legal team, oversee commercial, corporate, employment, privacy, and governance matters, support M&A and financings, standardize templates and processes, and manage external counsel to enable scalable global growth.

As a Cloud and Observability Engineer, you'll ensure seamless migration of customer monitoring infrastructure, create extensions, validate alerts, and provide training support.

Provide commercial, corporate, and employment legal support: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS/technology and vendor contracts; advise on regulatory compliance and risk management (GDPR/data protection); implement legal tech and scale legal processes for global expansion; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support sales, procurement, finance, and HR.
