Provides administrative and financial support to program participants, including processing time entries and invoices, managing accounts receivable and payable, billing providers, auditing budgets and reports, and performing general accounting duties. The role also involves participant communication, customer service, budget assistance, data entry, and collaboration with professionals. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring adaptability, organization, and comfort working with numbers.

Processes and reconciles time entries and invoices, maintains accounts payable and receivable information, monitors participant budgets, researches discrepancies, and supports participants and employees with financial management tasks. The role also performs general accounting and administrative duties, communicates with multiple stakeholders, maintains accurate records, and provides compassionate customer service while adapting to changing processes.

Enroll employees through electronic and paper packets, maintain enrollment updates, file information in state and company systems, and provide customer service. The specialist follows up on missing forms, supports employees and families, performs data entry, and collaborates with the HR team. The role is full-time, in-office, and may require occasional local travel to another office or training venue.
