Supports users of the Electronic Visit Verification platform by providing training, troubleshooting, customer service, and data entry. Maintains staff information, develops training materials, attends EVV webinars, and communicates updates to leadership. The role is full-time, in-office, and may involve occasional local travel to another office or training venue.

Provides administrative and financial support to program participants, including processing time entries and invoices, managing accounts receivable and payable, billing providers, auditing budgets and reports, and performing general accounting duties. The role also involves participant communication, customer service, budget assistance, data entry, and collaboration with professionals. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring adaptability, organization, and comfort working with numbers.

Processes and reconciles time entries and invoices, maintains accounts payable and receivable information, monitors participant budgets, researches discrepancies, and supports participants and employees with financial management tasks. The role also performs general accounting and administrative duties, communicates with multiple stakeholders, maintains accurate records, and provides compassionate customer service while adapting to changing processes.
