Oversee complex clinical and medical programs, including federal contract compliance, workforce staffing, operational continuity, quality assurance, reporting, and process improvement. The role manages distributed healthcare support teams, coordinates subcontractors and internal departments, monitors performance and patient service outcomes, ensures HIPAA and regulatory adherence, and serves as the primary government contract contact. Occasional travel may support transitions, kickoff meetings, customer engagements, and employee visits.

Supports the ISO 9001 quality system for marine mechanical fabrication and production. Conducts inspections, verifies installations and testing, reviews documentation, manages nonconformances, supports root cause and corrective actions, and develops quality and inspection plans. Coordinates with engineering, production, supply chain, vendors, and customers while providing technical direction, training, and quality briefings throughout vessel construction, trials, commissioning, and customer acceptance.

Provides federal HR staffing services for Washington Headquarters Services, managing vacancy announcements, applicant assessments, qualification reviews, hiring actions, certificates, offers, and related documentation. Maintains 25–30 active actions under a 60-day time-to-hire model, updates dashboards, advises hiring managers and applicants, and applies federal hiring laws, regulations, policies, and procedures using DCPDS and USA Staffing.
