Perform Windows Server administration for 60+ servers: test and deploy builds/patches, follow CM approval, schedule patching via SCCM/IVANTI/WSUS, update SOPs, monitor vulnerabilities, manage NTFS permissions, create Active Directory accounts, and use Splunk and VMware for operations.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Board, manage daily Cordova office operations, and lead community outreach and coordination for the Tribal Career Exploration Program. Duties include scheduling, travel and expense coordination, office setup and visitor support, program promotion and recruitment, relationship-building with tribal members and partners, and event coordination.

Lead development, standardization, and maintenance of technical documentation (SOPs, work instructions, manuals) for Government IT programs at MacDill AFB. Coordinate with stakeholders and SMEs, manage document repositories and version control, design documentation portals and dashboards to monitor contractor performance and QA metrics, support audits, and ensure compliance with Government standards and deadlines.
