Support federal design and construction project controls: develop/maintain controls processes, monitor schedules and budgets, assist contract administration, prepare schedules and reports, coordinate meetings, track deliverables and risks, respond to Government requests, and improve reporting and controls methodologies. Part-time remote role supporting project managers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders.

Assemble and outfit newly manufactured vessels on a production line: install parts, equipment and propulsion systems; perform wiring, cable/harness assembly, measurements, adjustments, inspections, and use hand and power tools.

Administer, negotiate, and manage government and commercial contracts across the contract lifecycle for DoD/Navy/USSOCOM programs. Ensure FAR/DFARS/DoD 5000 and other regulatory compliance, develop acquisition documentation, support proposals and pricing, manage CDRLs and contract reporting, maintain records in Deltek Costpoint and SharePoint, support audits and IPTs, and provide contractual guidance to program management and leadership.
