Coordinates Sales and Marketing operations, including meetings, timelines, CRM administration, reporting, dashboards, onboarding, training, vendor relationships, collateral management, and process automation. The role connects Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams; manages creative production and go-to-market technology; identifies operational bottlenecks; and drives continuous improvement. Occasional travel may be required for event support.

Coordinates business development and licensing pipelines, including prospect research, deal tracking, negotiation support, NDAs, royalty compliance, and leadership reporting. Supports patent operations by coordinating invention disclosures, prosecution tracking, portfolio mapping, claim charts, and technical summaries. Builds cross-functional tracking systems, manages external relationships, and improves processes across partnership and intellectual property workstreams.

Lead architecture and implementation of fleet telemetry, time-series storage, streaming pipelines, and CRM/warehouse integrations on AWS. Build tools for proactive fleet health, partner cross-functionally (firmware, manufacturing, ops), support on-call as systems mature, and design LLM-driven automations to increase team leverage.
