Lead architecture and implementation of fleet telemetry, time-series storage, streaming pipelines, and CRM/warehouse integrations on AWS. Build tools for proactive fleet health, partner cross-functionally (firmware, manufacturing, ops), support on-call as systems mature, and design LLM-driven automations to increase team leverage.

Lead national partnerships with multifamily owners, developers, and property managers. Drive outbound business development from prospecting to close, manage pipelines and key accounts, negotiate agreements, represent the company at industry events, and provide market intelligence to product and leadership teams.

Develop and maintain firmware for induction ranges, collaborate with hardware teams, implement features, document code, and solve issues in embedded systems.
