Lead development and implementation of manufacturing quality systems for a new OFC production line. Drive APQP activities, PFMEA, control plans, SPC and MSA, process validation, capability monitoring (Cp/Cpk), supplier quality planning, MES development, cross-functional risk mitigation, corrective actions (8D), and continuous improvement to ensure production readiness and product quality.

Manage creation, maintenance, and governance of standard costs and costed BOMs across business units. Ensure accurate inventory valuation, analyze cost variances, support annual cost updates, provide costing reports and intercompany pricing, drive process improvements, and support ERP and costing projects while collaborating with operations, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and finance stakeholders.

Design complex PCB layouts for variable speed drives from concept to manufacture. Translate schematics and mechanical constraints into optimized high-speed, mixed-signal power electronics boards. Define stack-ups, layout rules, impedance control, EMC/thermal strategies, perform design reviews, and prepare manufacturing data while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
