The Technical Sales Engineer manages technical queries related to Oil Free Centrifugal compressors, provides application support, trains customers, and leads business development in Korea and Taiwan.

Lead manufacturing engineering across compressor operations, overseeing process, equipment, NPI, automation, CI and digitalization. Drive capital projects, productivity, quality, cost reduction, OEE improvements, and a 3-5 year transformation roadmap while developing the engineering team and collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead and coordinate assembly quality initiatives in a manufacturing facility: investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, support ISO9001 QMS, perform audits, coach operators, run statistical analysis, maintain PFMEA and participate in Lean continuous improvement to reduce defects and scrap.
