Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution including sourcing, procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and IBP/SIOP. Drive digital transformation, analytics, supplier management, risk mitigation, Lean/Six Sigma improvements, and cross-functional alignment to optimize cost, service, and working capital while building high-performing teams.

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for HVACR products. Create 3D models and 2D drawings (GD&T, ASME), perform engineering analyses, manage BOMs in Teamcenter, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver NPD and sustaining engineering projects with continuous improvement.

As a General Ledger Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy of financial records through reconciliations, compliance, and fixed asset accounting, collaborating with partners for analysis and audit support.
