Own and support business systems while analyzing requirements, producing documentation, managing offshore developers and suppliers, and delivering system projects. Lead project planning, QA and user acceptance testing, deployment, troubleshooting, training, stakeholder communication, and early project support. Contribute to the ongoing business system replacement program and ensure projects meet operational needs, deadlines, cost controls, and quality expectations.

Supervise drivers and transport colleagues while supporting safe, compliant, and efficient fleet operations. Responsibilities include monitoring attendance, performance, welfare, vehicle condition, driver hours, tachograph compliance, inspections, and transport KPIs. The role assists with driver and vehicle allocation, incident investigations, audits, training, onboarding, and service improvement, and provides operational cover for the Transport Manager when required.

Assess vehicle damage from images and documentation, prepare detailed engineer reports for insurers, estimate repair methods and values, assign salvage categories, use valuation tools and systems, and maintain accuracy and SLAs while keeping up to date with industry practices.
