Provide HR operations support including employee lifecycle tasks (onboarding, offboarding, record maintenance), HRIS transactions, benefits/onboarding validation, worker's compensation and unemployment support, DOT verifications, HR inbox/mail handling, and ad-hoc HR services and compliance-related ordering and reporting.

Work with program managers, business analysts, and engineers to design and develop Java-based applications for global expansion. Assist senior engineers with application architecture, build secure web services, peer-review code, document solutions, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and QA in an agile environment. Must be available 40 hours/week.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers. Manage calls and gather information to resolve customer needs effectively, focusing on a positive customer experience.
