Perform advanced statistical and quantitative analyses on large financial, operational, and sales datasets to inform strategy. Build models, produce visualizations, and deliver insights to senior leadership. Support sales and marketing analysis, track project actions and risks, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance to drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability.

Handle title paperwork and communications for total-loss vehicles: manage call queue and shared inbox, prepare and send state-compliant packets, contact lien holders and owners, review mail for compliance, launch payments, meet cycle times, and perform related administrative tasks.

Process vehicle redemptions and repossession titles, research and resolve title paperwork issues, communicate with customers and DMVs, support the Sales Team, maintain title filing, and deliver accurate, timely customer service and title processing per local guidelines.
