Designs high-quality visual assets across web, marketing campaigns, social media, events, and executive presentations. Owns Figma design systems, component libraries, and modular templates while integrating generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, and Figma AI. Partners with marketing and alliances teams to deliver brand campaigns, event environments, product launches, and visual communications from concept through completion.

Provides frontline technical support for Salesforce and Copado environments, meeting a 10-minute live-response SLA. Responsibilities include triaging and managing case queues, troubleshooting deployments, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, version control, and Salesforce issues, guiding customers through resolutions, documenting AI feedback, and maintaining follow-up through complete resolution. The role requires strong DevOps expertise, customer communication, analytical problem-solving, and schedule flexibility for global support coverage.

Leads Copado’s global talent acquisition strategy, recruiting team, employer branding, executive searches, technical and go-to-market hiring, campus recruiting, vendor relationships, and recruiting KPIs. Partners with senior leaders and People teams to scale hiring processes, improve candidate experience, advise on workforce planning, and build talent pipelines in new markets, including New Orleans.
