Supports front desk operations while assisting with HR functions including employee inquiries, Dayforce navigation, lifecycle changes, records maintenance, audits, recruitment, onboarding, communications, and People First projects. Serves as a professional first point of contact for employees, applicants, visitors, and callers while handling confidential information and improving administrative processes and employee experience.

Provides supported employment services to individuals with behavioral, mental, developmental, or physical disabilities. Builds collaborative relationships, helps members obtain and maintain competitive community employment, provides job searching and coaching, manages a caseload of 25 or more, explains how employment affects benefits, and coordinates with clinical teams while maintaining regulatory, confidentiality, and documentation standards.

Facilitates new employee orientation and organizational training, develops learning materials, coordinates onboarding schedules, administers the Relias LMS, monitors compliance, and partners with leaders to improve employee learning experiences. The role also provides onboarding support, instructor-led training, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
